Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Frames
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all included accessories like the microfiber cloth are tucked inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our workshop, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
